Describe problem

Now the element is empty.

Describe the solution you'd like

It is possible to compile the solution in two-step:

at first compile the model MyOpcUaBasic2.xml and after that
you can compile MyOpcUaBasic.xml without error.

Follow the explanation provided in OPCFoundation/UA-ModelCompiler#83
