Hi Carlos.

There is a known issue relating to seeing Dogecoin balances in the app. The app was designed for use at the DEFCON security conference only, not for everyday Dogecoin use.

The good news is your Dogecoins are safe since you have the private keys backed up (you backed them up, right?).

Importing your backup seed into any other Dogecoin wallet will allow you to access your coins. I recommend doughwallet.

I dont have the private keys,the app not direct give a private keys,but a recover phrase,I used it on doughwallet,it failed..
