Una vez esté todo levantado y funcionando 24h hay que volver a activar los backups

Depende de #13 y #14

Como estamos tardando demasiado en tener todo activo de nuevo, voy a activar los backups porque nos exponemos a perder lo que sí está funcionando.

Esta noche debería saltar el primero completo.
