No, I don't need support for learning how to use the product. I'm lodging a bug report. If I do select this option, I'm asked to select a product, none of which is this extension. If I select Firefox, I end up at a general documentation page.

You have to click on "New Bug" in the header row. Then you have to select Firefox > Translation.
