FathomFox does not always freeze modals appropriately #231

I have seen samples, that are frozen using the keyboard command while a modal window is open, not show the modal window in the frozen version. In the example of https://github.com/mozilla-services/fathom-login-forms/blob/e253fdcd66509baa6eeadfee12277c32ecfea38e/new-password/samples/validation/EN_290.html the registration form is not visible on screen, but is instead at an extremely negative y-coordinate.
