Subject: [PATCH] Update ay_oy.md-Can't do SOLD

The learner hasnt been taught the OH sound and can't make SOLD. SOLD on PLOVER default returns the word "solid." Changed the sentence so that it can be produced with current student knowledge and still make grammatical sense.
