NonSteamLaunchers not showing up

After a couple of weeks not opening any launcher, I wanted to open Epic Games, and after clicking on Gaming Mode and not launching, I tried in Desktop Mode to no avail. I tried the "fresh install" and after doing it, none were removed from Steam, but still not launch, so I decided to remove them manually.

Now I tried to reinstall them, and although they show the path on the program, as if they were installed, they are not showing in Steam anymore. Can someone help me with this?

@alvayuso sorry our having trouble, I would hit Start Fresh one more time and then Download Decky Loader and install the NonSteamLaunchers plugin instead, you will have a much better time using the plugin as opposed to the Desktop Version.
