Validate changed files
Check RDF API output (Resource cannot be validated in RDF API due to Wrong column name in Column.getReferences() when dealing with composite REFBACK #4564):

healthDCAT-AP does not have an existing namespace yet, so urn:uuid:a7ef52b2-bd43-4294-a80f-3e7299af35e4# is used as placeholder (with a full IRI being something like urn:uuid:a7ef52b2-bd43-4294-a80f-3e7299af35e4#healthdcatap:maximumTypicalAge.

updated docs in case of new feature
added/updated tests
added/updated testplan to include a test for this fix, including ref to bug using # notation
