Use POST request when using function enrichment with many genes

Currently the function enrichment is limited to around 500 genes, due to a HTTP GET being used, which has a size limit. A HTTP GET was used, so that a shareable link is possible. It would however be convenient if a HTTP POST could be used for a request that might exceed the HTTP GET size limit.
