sliders for setting weights of ranking components for priority geeks. #73

there are currently four components to calculate the sort ranking and they are all equally weighted.

Some people would enjoy being able to set the weight of each component.

@mohamedmansour suggested this a while back. It would be easy implement.

To do this, as we discussed, we would need to implement an options page. That we can hook it up as an advanced options. We should use HTML5 sliders, let me prepare the options window.

Awesome :) Wouldn't it be cool if you could see the hangout list at
the same time -- insert the sliders above the list!

What would be a preferable UI to let the user activate those sliders?

On the hangouts page maybe a little slide down panel ( or up from the
bottom) initiated from one of those little > (triangle) icon on a
thin panel at the top (or bottom) of the list.

Should also be available from the options page.

Just be mindful that including too many options on the options page could make it look like a cluttered Win32 interface and confusing to new users. Consider what threshold should determine if there should be a simple and advanced options screen.

Good point. Simple is good -- sometimes the power users can ruin a
good experience.
