We're now using 'thermo_asap' as the development branch for this feature. Thanks everyone!

Thermo is running but converging very slowly (>8,000 iterations). Residual is decreasing, but very slowly.

Not generating correct output files yet

Convergence requirement may not be being set correctly. Roughly how many iterations should we expect for thermo (perhaps ~400 - 850?)

@mmbell We're not sure what to set thermo_A_error and similar variables (thermo_B_error - thermo_E_error) to. Currently they're being set to 0, which could be affecting convergence
