Update TestCatalog according to changes in Terminology

Based on changes in #514 , change the TestCatalog model (backend) and UI (frontend) to match.

Addressed in #553

553 addresses the renaming of property to Quality Attribute Category, and property to quality attribute on the Test Catalog page. Were there any other other changes we wanted to make in relation to the test catalog? @sebastian-echeverria

Good question. I think that was the only change in regards to the Test Catalog, for now at least. It has the two-level structure (category, and then the next level, now QA category and QA), and I think thats it. If we change how Properties (now QualityAttribute) classes are handled, it may impact the catalog, but that is a separate thing.
