  • Integrate DCO check in CI
    • Opting to use an existing GitHub Action that requires approval by the mitre org owners; waiting on that to come through so we can activate it for this repo.
  • Update CONTRIBUTING.md to reflect the DCO requirement
  • Train the existing team members on the need for DCO signoff on commits
