Update adjustcarryforward answers based on further analysis:

Add a rule where, if an observation has already been included on the same day, do not evaluate carried forwards (CFs) on that same day.
Check filtering for measurements carried forward from an excluded value -- subjid 671655649 ageday 1806
Check filtering for strings of carried forwards -- subjid 764011335 there was a chain of 3 CFs, with the 3rd CF at 3209 days listed as DEF INCLUDE even though the prior two were UNKNOWN
