Use C# ROS .NET instead of websocket connection? #11

Currently, this app hooks into ROS via a websocket connection and the rosbridge_webserver.

It may be worthwhile to look into using ROS .NET for C# to make the app natively speak ROS and possibly replace the websocket connection.
