I've been asking around for help on this, but haven't found anyone, so I figured I'd post here in case anyone was watching. QGifer requires this project to build. I wanted to get a GitHub action created to help automate the build. Would someone be willing to contribute this? I see that OpenCV has one, and this would likely be very similar.
