Accumulators subscribe to streams of specific event types and the router forwards matching Loggregator envelopes to the accumulators for processing.
All metrics include the PCF meta data. Only PCFContainerMetric and PCFLogMessage hold application specific data. All other metrics pertain to PCF System metrics.
