tracking product

Hi,

I see that the last tracking was done on January 17 from the magento 2 mirakl module on our customer's listing.

On the other hand, on our customer's mirakl platform, the last tracking was on January 14.

I don't understand why we don't see on the platform that of January 17, especially since the tracking is done automatically by the cron (I modified the cron so that it is done every day at 5:45 am).

On the other hand, when I run a manual tracking, I can see it from the platform.

The last thing I'd like to understand is how the tracking is done: is it created from a product modification? or is it done from the cron or is it done when you run it manually?
