About this feature

Detailed description

This is an epic ticket for a generate report flow for reports based on reports.

History: Initially this was a 'sector report flow' (#2346). After discussing (#3335) we concluded: a report based on reports is not necessarily mean it will be across organisations like a sector report. It's also possible that a large organisation (e.g. hospital) has some assets hosted by an external party, or even combining multiple aggregate reports within the same organisation.

Feature benefit/User story

As a user, I want to generate reports based on reports so that I can see a clear overview of multiple internal reports together, or a mix of imported external reports with internal reports.

From a design point of view, I've created this epic and cut the implementation work into smaller bites, but be sure to reach out if changing these tickets makes more sense or if there are any questions/difficulties regarding the designs.
