Describe the feature request.

From the control panel, as an analyst it would be neat to see that there is a data catalogue and an area with business context about data (Data discovery tool)

I am aware that DDT might be mothballed. But analysts still update it and we have no other place for the content currently. Perhaps "Database Guides" would be an intuitive title?

As these are external links the nav bar might not be the best place for them as it's not obvious you leave the site. But they should be visible.
