You have to enable the two LEDs for SW control in the BIOS.

Hello,
I have an NUC7i7DNBE board which has a power LED with a SW mode option in

As its the same power LED setup I was hoping it would work, although sadly
when I query the nuc_led I get:
cat /proc/acpi/nuc_led
Power LED not set for software control
Ring LED not set for software control

Thanks for the fast reply. |
We are having the same issue with our NUC7I7DNBE running Ubuntu 16.4, Kernel 4.15.0-70-generic: $cat /proc/acpi/nuc_led The Power led in Bios is set to SW control and is now always off. |
I have updated the kernel module for NUC10. Would love to hear whether it can work for other NUC models as well. https://github.com/uboslinux/intel-nuc-led/ |
