There are three Story indexes in the front, and they do not display the objects consistently:

  • main Story index (story/index) displays everything with pagination, unpublished stories are visible and tagged
  • Epic Story index (epic/view) displays four most recent, unpublished stories are visible and tagged (after Visibility parameter displayed for stories #368)
  • main page displays a list of the most recent stories from all user's Epics, unpublished stories are omitted

While the count limits are reasonable and should stay, the difference in what is visible and what is not is inconsistent; the main Story index should display everything, but Epic index and main page should either both display only published or all of them.

This is currently a mostly GM-concerning thing, since the players do not see unpublished stories by definition, so it is low-priority - but the decision should be made with possible future selective visibility in mind.
