Steam cmd works fine but it lacks input option for multiple links and name formatting.
I don't know if it's possible or not because steam cmd download the whole workshop items and not just video the itself.

I don't think this is really possible.. I would assume that they use some proprietary file format for Wallpaper Engine?
Or what exactly do you want to download here?

You should try yt-dlp first and open a support request issue there.
