How to override monaco editor's css in React?

I'm using React + Tailwind. So far, I've been adding some additional styling to Monaco editor using arbitrary variants.

// Make the editor have rounded corners
<div className="[&>.monaco-editor]:rounded-md" ref={ editorRef } />

This works fine for adding css, but not for overriding css, since the monaco editor is created after my css classes are applied.

As an example, how might I remove the box shadow on the scroll-decoration class?
