Subdrawer from main drawer?

I have content in my main drawer. I want to create another panel with more information, when specific items/buttons are clicked. The in-drawer navigation isn't necessarily the best option because I want the user to still have the context from the first drawer.
Any recommendations or ideas on how to create a "sub-drawer"?
