What's the idiomatic way to handle InfoLabel flyouts that appear over white backgrounds w/ text?

InfoLabel flyouts don't appear very distinct from normal page text, posing some readability concerns. Does the Fluent UI team (or anyone) have any thoughts on this? Perhaps I can set the background to, say, a 90s tooltip beige? Or some other theme token?
