method tree-shaking and obj["myMethod"] vs obj.myMethod

In ES the syntax obj["myMethod"] and obj.myMethod is equivalent and both go up the prototype chain. We could increase the opportunities for tree-shaking if obj["prop"] was only ever looking in obj and not in Object.getPrototypeOf(obj) (and thus return undefined when not obj.hasOwnProperty("prop")).

In ES tree-shaking typically does not involve methods (due to the problem above).

I can't see this being a problem for any realistic DeviceScript code but it may be a bit surprising.

The indexing operator will not go up the prototype chain, at least for now.

After further deliberation, the indexing goes up the prototype chain, but the tree-shaking may still happen.
