I am trying to deploy the cluster as described in this section (https://azurearcjumpstart.io/azure_jumpstart_hcibox/cloud_deployment#azure-portal-azure-local-instance-validation-and-deployment) but the cluster witness storage account name parameter value is not accepting. Can you please assist

We are triaging the issue with azure portal experience of deploying arm templates.
Until the fix is in place, workaround is to use powershell/az cli to deploy the cluster using template:

powershell way:

 New-AzResourceGroupDeployment `
>>   -Name ExampleDeployment `
>>   -ResourceGroupName 20H2HSC1-rg `
>>   -TemplateFile  template_file_path `
>>   -TemplateParameterFile parameter_file_path
