Much needed sample for Pi Hat display touch missing - not linked to SharedContent

Hello,

There is an existing sample from the older IoT repository that was not included here and documentation was never updated. The sample can be built if it would be included properly with the existing as common headers are missing. I've seen quite a few projects where people have wanted to build this properly and could only use the screen.

I'm planning on connecting my project to Azure but I need something to see my current Ca, KH and other parameters relevant in calibration, etc. Please fix!
