Mapped CoPilot key on new laptop to right CTRL -> gives SHIFT+CTRL instead. (On German keyboard, CoPilot is F23)

✔️ Expected Behavior

that mapping to right CTRL gives only right CTRL

❌ Actual Behavior

CoPilot Key (F23) was mapped to SHIFT + CTRL instead
