Description of the new feature / enhancement

Please provide an option in settings for auto-disable "Always On Top" function when it would take effect on a full-screen application. Since a full-screen apllication holds all my screen, "always on top" is not necessary in most of the time.

Scenario when this would be used?

The "Always On Top" is really a practical function. But when I use it via short-cut, sometimes it would take effect on a full-screen application, like web browser, which is out of my expectation. Of course, it may be my misuse. But its frequency is high for me. So, I want it not to take effect on a full-screen application.
