Steps to reproduce

I turn off awake and monitor will not sleep after 5 minutes. Will always stay on. Power is set to allow display to sleep after 5 minutes.

✔️ Expected Behavior

I was expecting display to sleep after 5 minutes. It was working in the previous version. It started behaving this way after updating.

❌ Actual Behavior

Display remained on.

Please provide the output from powercfg /requests after Awake was turned off. This will help diagnose whether there is something else keeping the computer/display awake.
