Best way to finetune CodeReview Task

I don't know if it is a silly question, but whats the best way to finetune the checkpoint model? Can I do the three finetunes to only one model or should I have a model for each finetune?

@celbree Do you have the checkpoints of the quality estmiation or refinement code? If so, it is possible to get them?
