Doesn't matter if fullscreen or windowed, only 1/4 of the map is rendered.
I have the suspicion that it could be a simple scaling issue it looks as if it was clipped at 1080p or something.
I'm using a 4k monitor which leads me to believe my assumption is somewhat right.

You might be right in your assumption. Anyway, I haven't had a chance to test it on a 4k monitor.
I'll check to see what could have gone wrong.
