Bug fix for multi-level extruded profiles which describe gridfinity baseplate and box tapers. Due to a change in cq-kit (a dependent package), extruded profiles were being scaled by an additional factor of sqrt(2). This version performs extrusions internally without a dependency on cq-kit and therefore is more robust.
