Bot doesn't disconnect if alone

If a very long "song" is playing and I leave the channel, it will play until completion. The bot should detect that it is alone and exit after some time.

To reproduce:

1. Enter voice channel
2. -play 10 hour mix
3. Leave voice channel
4. Bot continues playing a 10 hour mix.

Oh I see. Well, the bot not disconnecting while it's playing is intended behaviour.
I do agree that this should be implemented, but I'm gonna change the label.
