During the handling of sink.subscribe RPC request, the manager adds a uuid to the name of the created data queue. (See https://github.com/metricq/metricq-manager/blob/master/metricq_manager/manager.py#L244).

We need to investigate whether this is really needed and if not, remove it.
In particular, the nsca-checker is a DurableSink and thus gets different dataqueues in every connect.
