Update Node to v0.10.47 (security release)

The Node team released a security release for all versions this week addressing several OpenSSL issues as well as Node.js internal fixes.

Additionally consider upgrading to Node.js 4 LTS as 0.10 ceases to be supported starting October 2016. As an alternative add a notice to the readme that informs users about the unsupported Node version starting October and recommend to migrate to a more up to date image.
