6.5 Informal tables
Structured information presented in tabular format, but which does not have a label, is captured using <table> inside <array>.

ISO:
Footnote in the Informal tables: table-fn_[id of the informal table].[fn sequence within the table]
id: tab_r, can use any letter not associated with an annex number

IEC (updated already earlier):
id: tab-informal-X.Y-N,
where X.Y - section number, N - sequence number of the informal table in the section

It seems there is a non-correct description for table's footnotes for ISO in 6.6.3 Table notes and footnotes:

and example with formal table (with label and caption) below:

Should be vice-versa:
Formal tables: table-fn_[id of the formal table].[fn sequence within the table]
Informal tables: table-fn_[table footnote sequence within the document]
