Goals of this project: Create awsome performance tools for o1js

The goal of this project is to create awsome performance tools for o1js and mina typescript/javascript apps.
This is a work in progress towards an elegant soution to report on and help developers improve on performance.
It should work locally and natively for the user, but also in containers and on cicd systems using containers.
It should be integrated upsteam into the main repository.
Users should be able to create a fork on the hosting system like github or gitlab, modify some parameters and then
run custom experiements, and publish html reports of the results for sharing.
Static html reports with ts/js front ends can be used to browse and display the results.
