Easy Pie Crust

Ingredients

  • 1 1/4 cup flour
  • 1/2 cup butter
  • 1/4 cup ice water
  • 1/4 tsp. salt if you use unsalted butter, leave out if you use salted butter

Directions

  1. Cut butter into small cubes and place back in fridge for a bit
  2. Add flour and butter to a food processor and mix until it forms crumbs, you can also use a fork
  3. Dump mixture into a bowl and sprinkle very cold water into it a little at a time, mixing with a spatela or fork. Stop mixing and adding water when the dough just comes together.
  4. Form into a disc and refridgerate 1 hour.
