Upgrade DPlayer to the latest version 1.27.1

Hi, thank you very much for creating goindex, I wanted to ask if it is possible to update the currently DPlayer v1.25.1 to its latest version 1.27.1, as the latter allows subtitles and other nice features. The creators have here on their github the latest version.

I will have a look. Currently, I'm working on the documentation. It is because the next version includes several fixes and improvements, and also several new features such as multiple video players(DPlayer and Plyr), subtitle support with Plyr, etc. But it may require some clear instructions for users to setup it up correctly. That's why I started working on it before pushing the next update.

However, it is an update that I coded some time ago which I couldn't push. So I will have to update the player versions. Anyway, I will update the player versions before or after pushing the current update
