Please show coverage markers on file open if coverage data is present #4

This is a nice to have feature request:
If I close Sublime and re-open it or close a Go file and re-open it then the coverage markers should be shown as before if the coverage data is still present. You might want to ignore the coverage data though in case any Go files are newer than the coverage data.
