Adding State_Class: Measurement to Entities

Thank you for this add in for Home Assistant. This worked wonders for problem solving some connectivity issues I was having.

I was curious, would it be able to add the attribute "state_class: measurement" to the entities created in home assistant? This would allow home assistant to natively track these entities long term versus the standard 10 day window.
