Syncing of deleted checks doesnt seem to work back to integration

I was testing something and created a junk check in Uptime Kuma. When I deleted it in uptime kuma a few days later this integration had already seen it and created an entity. Once this garbage check we deleted the only way to seemingly remove it from home assistant was to remove the host entry within the integration panel and re-add it.
