CodeSystem EDQM Standard Terms missing

The CodeSystem "EDQM Standard Terms" (canonical http://standardterms.edqm.eu) is not represented in the package and not available in FHIR format on the Internet.

A strategy for converting the CodeSystem from the native format, or a placeholder CodeSystem should be created should converting the CodeSystem not be possible due to technical or license reasons (in this case, the CodeSystem and the ImplementationGuide should describe how to acquire the master file to implementers).

There is a API available from EDQM, and creating a CodeSystem from this is doable. I've started the conversion process at https://github.com/itcr-uni-luebeck/EDQM2FHIR, but this isn't quite done yet, and I would appreciate the CDS team finishing up this script.
