@KoesterH Wir setzen jetzt explizit die Zeitzone auf Europe/Berlin in unseren R-Skripten. Die Änderung ist jetzt im "develop"-Branch. Kannst du bitte den Stand testen und schauen, ob das Patientengeburtstag nun nur einmal und korrekt angezeigt wird?
