Styling bug when not enough tools filtered

On the tools page, if the filters are too restrictive and only a few tools are displayed (for instance by checking experimental), the cards take the full height instead of their usual size

On the tools page, the filters column isn't scrollable, which means that you can't select the ones at the bottom (they just don't appear) if you don't close higher categories / make your window larger (height).

I think it's the case for all filters, not just the tools (but is more visible there as there are more options, so easier to realize).

I'm on Chrome for macos v 107.0.5304.110 (Build officiel) (arm64)
