Partial refresh support

Hi, in the Readme you mention that you removed partial refresh support because it didn't work. According to the AliExpress listing partial refresh is only supported on the B/W versions. Could that explain why you couldn't get it to work? Do you still have this partial refresh code somewhere? I would like to take a stab at adding support for partial refresh for B/W displays.

I’ll search for my branch related to this issue.
It was originally based on this code: afajl/ssd1681@6389649.
Perhaps this code will be helpful while I locate my own.

It took me a while but I figured out the correct procedure for quick refresh using the Arduino library. See the new driver I linked in the other issue if you want to port back quick refresh support.
