If I want newer commits in SVN to mirror in git can I use --rebase that way around?

I tried adding a change to my SVN repo, ran --rebase, it picked up the change and I could see the changes.

Rebase changes

When I run git status or push no changes are detected.

How do I push the SVN changes to git?

Thanks :)
